Method
Every entry comes from someone who works there.
No scraped review sites and no employer-supplied copy. A contributor confirms their employment once, answers the same six questions every other contributor answers, and the entry is dated so you can see how current it is.
What we record
Six provisions, asked the same way of every contributor, so two companies can be compared honestly.
Prayer space
A dedicated room or a reliably available quiet space on site.
Jummah flexibility
Leaving for Friday prayer without using leave or making a case for it.
Ramadan hours
Adjusted start and finish times, or reduced evening meetings.
Halal food nearby
Halal options in the canteen or within a short walk.
Muslim ERG
An employee group with a budget and a named sponsor.
Hijab-friendly
No dress-code friction reported, including in client-facing roles.
